1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in online gambling in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for confirming that online gambling is lawful where you reside. Maxim88 does not target jurisdictions where online gambling is unlawful and reserves the right to close accounts found to violate local law.

2. Account Registration

You must register only one personal account, using your real legal name and accurate contact details. Multiple accounts are not permitted; duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at our discretion, with balances reviewed. You must keep your password confidential — Maxim88 will never ask for it via Telegram, email or chat.

3. Know Your Customer (KYC)

Before your first withdrawal you must complete identity verification. We require: a government-issued photo ID (NRIC, passport or driving license), proof of address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement), and — for crypto deposits — proof of source of funds where applicable. KYC documents are handled under our Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits

Deposits credit instantly via supported payment methods (PayNow, DuitNow, Touch'n Go, Help2Pay, EeziePay, BTC, USDT, ETH). Minimum deposit is SGD 30 (or equivalent). You may only deposit funds you legally own; deposits from third parties will be refunded. Maxim88 reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its discretion.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same channel used for deposits where possible. The minimum withdrawal is SGD 50. Verified accounts typically receive PayNow withdrawals within ten minutes during business hours; first withdrawals may take longer due to KYC. Maxim88 reserves the right to investigate suspected fraudulent activity before processing.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Bonus offers are optional. By claiming a bonus you accept its specific terms (wagering, max bet during wagering, eligible games, expiry). Bonus abuse — including coordinated low-risk play across multiple accounts — voids the bonus and any winnings. Wagering must be completed before withdrawal.

7. Fair Play

All games on Maxim88 use audited Random Number Generators or live dealer mechanics audited by BMM Testlabs and iTech Labs. The use of bots, automation tools or any unauthorised software to gain an advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of balance.

8. Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

Maxim88 complies with PAGCOR's AML regulations. We monitor for suspicious activity, including but not limited to: large or unusual deposits not consistent with declared income, rapid deposit-then-withdrawal patterns with minimal play, structuring to avoid reporting thresholds. We may freeze accounts pending investigation and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

9. Responsible Gambling

Maxim88 supports responsible gambling. Players can set deposit, loss and session limits or self-exclude at any time via account settings or by contacting support. See our Responsible Gaming page for full details. We will not reverse a self-exclusion before the elected period ends.

10. Dormant Accounts

Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. A small monthly administrative fee may apply on dormant balances until the account is reactivated (by logging in) or the balance is withdrawn. We notify by email before any deduction.

11. Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Maxim88 may close any account for: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money-laundering concerns, abusive behaviour toward staff, or as required by regulators. On lawful closure your withdrawable balance will be returned via your verified payment channel.

12. Limitation of Liability

Maxim88's total liability to any user under these Terms is limited to the user's account balance at the time the relevant event arose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses, lost profits, or losses arising from third-party providers' systems being unavailable.

13. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are first handled by Maxim88 support. If a resolution can't be reached internally, players may escalate to PAGCOR or the relevant testing-lab dispute body (BMM Testlabs). Submit detailed records (transaction IDs, screenshots, chat logs) when escalating.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, where Maxim88 holds its operating license. Players in other jurisdictions remain subject to their own local laws and play at their own discretion.

15. Changes to These Terms

Maxim88 may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are communicated by email and via a notice on the account dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the change date constitutes acceptance.
